INOVA Gear

The new INOVA Gear from Wenzel Geartec is an intelligently arranged gear machine with a compact range of axes but nevertheless, a machine with big measuring ranges. The Z-axis and rotary table of the INOVA are arranged independently from the Y-and X-axis. Featuring a lightning fast direct drive rotary table, hidden change rack, retractable tailstock and Renishaw scan probe technology. Air dampers isolate the machine body effectively from vibrations is standard.

Highly performance servo drives over ball screws in all linear axes guarantees an unmatched dynamic performance whilst ensuring the precision of the Wenzel INOVA. Granite guide ways, well-engineered air bearings with emergency operation capacity as well as special optimized ball bearings are used in the new system.

The INOVA is the perfect machine for fast, automated inspection of smaller gears. Perfect for the automotive and aerospace industries as well a job shops the INOVA is capable of running the full Wenzel GearTec software suite for gears, tools, and rotationally symmetrical parts
