What is the TGear Software?
The Wenzel TGear inspection machine software is the main software program which drives the Wenzel range of WGT and LHGear gear inspection machines.
What does the TGear do?
TGear cmm inspection machine software allows the operator to set up their gear machine for program handling and storage, probe calibration and part alignment as well as programming and measuring straight and helical spur gears.
What other software is available for other applications?
All types of parallel axis gears, bevel gears, worms, worm wheels, shafts and gear production tools such as hobs, shaving and shaper cutters can be inspected. In addition the machine can be equipped with fixed or indexible Renishaw heads to measure any kinds of traditional coorindate measuring machine parts.
What are some other Features/Benefits?
- Easy graphical user interface – input data from part print in intuitive screens and program is created automatically
- Quick programming times
- Traditional reports with added features
- Reports for various country and company standards
- Bevel Gear data exchange with common machine tool controllers
- Software accredited by German Metrology Institute, PTB
Just like our traditional CMMs, our newest WGT gear inspection machines are manufactured with proven engineering principles and all-granite structures for intrinsic accuracy. Since launching our first gear inspection equipment in 2003, we have developed a full line of dedicated gear measuring machines (GMMs). Controllers and easy-to-use software created specifically for gear metrology power all of our gear inspection machines. Our WGT can measure gears as small as 50 mms to 6000 mm in diameter.
