Lina Persson is one of those success stories. The 25-year-old metrology technician, who has worked for the company for three years, began her career at an industrial school, where she learned how to operate CNC machines. After gaining experience in metrology, she jumped at the opportunity to join Formteknik, citing the company’s potential for growth and development as the main reason for her decision. “Formteknik cares about its employees and is always looking for ways to improve and innovate,” Lina said. “Working with WENZEL and Quartis measurement software has been an incredible opportunity to improve my skills and contribute to a dynamic and exciting field.”

Alongside Lina, Markus Norrman, who has been with the company for almost 20 years, works in Formteknik’s metrology team. He started out in production and gradually got more and more involved with metrology, so he soon became fascinated with the intricacies of the field. “I love experimenting with software and learning new things every day,” Markus explains. “It’s incredibly satisfying to tackle a big challenge with my team and find innovative solutions using cutting-edge technology.”
